The Role

As a Customer Experience Agent at careerzynith, you will be responsible for handling multiple channels, including inbound calls, chats, and emails, to provide exceptional support to our customers, merchants, and dashers. You will be the face of careerzynith, and your interactions will shape the experience of our customers. You will be expected to:

• Handle time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or troubleshooting, with professionalism and a timely manner.
• Develop deep expertise in how careerzynith's processes, systems, and resources work, and how to use them to drive positive outcomes.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and relationship-building.
• Excel at Quality! We want to be the best Customer Experience Company out there!

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced customer service role. You will have:

• At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting customer issues using email, phone, and chat.
• Fluent English language skills and above-average technical fluency (typing speed of 40 WPM).
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service role and are resilient in an ever-changing environment.
• Effective written communication skills, including top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually using careerzynith's brand voice and tone.
• A highly-motivated individual that works well in a team environment.
• Above-average technological fluency, including smartphone application navigation, computer function navigation, such as using hotkeys for copy/paste, opening multiple tabs, email.
• Customer-centric and love helping people.
• High emotional intelligence and great at building relationships.
• Very organized, able to juggle both issue resolution & concise communication.
• Experience maintaining a high level of professionalism.
