• *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers
• Managing key accounts and serving as the point of contact for clients
• Assisting clients with quotes, order processing, and order tracking
• Managing opportunities in Salesforce and seeking up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and presenting value-added service options
• Communicating effectively and timely with customers to answer questions and inquiries, serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments
• Working with the Sourcing and Project Management team to develop order fulfillment plans and providing ongoing support to the business development field team
• *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Biological Science, etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in a client services position
• Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is a plus
• A customer service-oriented attitude and a commitment to quality
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• The ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed, organized, and attentive to detail
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Ability to work both independently and on a team in a collaborative environment
• Computer savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
