Job Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Clerk / Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in supporting the processing of medical claim reviews by professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing administrative tasks to assist with the processing of medical claim reviews
  • Conducting word processing, data entry, faxing, and document review with attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives

Days/Hours:

* Full-time position with a variety of shifts available

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday – Saturday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Training Hours:

* Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm for approximately the first 2-3 weeks

Salary:

* $16.20 per hour

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative or data entry roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the healthcare industry

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and coding systems
  • Certification in medical billing or coding (e.g., CPC, CMC)
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) or practice management systems (PMS)
