- Help gather and organize data to show how our business is performing.
- Talk to different team members to understand what information they need and help translate those needs into technical tasks.
- Keep our records clean and accurate so that our reports stay reliable.
- Create clear, simple charts and dashboards that help everyone understand complex information at a glance.
- Look for small ways we can do things better or faster and share your ideas with the team.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic comfort with Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and an interest in learning tools like SQL or Power BI.
- You will enjoy spotting patterns and solving puzzles.
- You can explain "the why" behind the numbers in a way that’s easy for others to follow.
- You’re comfortable picking up new tools and shifting priorities as our business grows.
