Let’s elevate frontline work together. About The Role The Enterprise Project Manager is the operational backbone of Fountain's largest, most complex customer deployments. This role partners directly with Enterprise Implementation and Integration Services to bring structure, rigor, and cross-functional accountability to every enterprise engagement, ensuring customers receive a world-class onboarding experience from day one. The Enterprise PM also serves as a critical liaison to R&D, tracking and advocating for the product features and platform capabilities needed to deliver on enterprise commitments, bridging the gap between what customers need and what engineering is building. This is a contractor role reporting directly to the Director, Implementation Services. You will be embedded in enterprise customer projects from kickoff through go-live, partnering closely with Sr. IMs, Integration Consultants, Solutions Engineers, and customer teams to keep every moving piece on track. What You'll Be Doing

• Enterprise Delivery Leadership: Own the end-to-end project plan for enterprise implementations, including milestones, dependencies, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications. Ensure nothing falls through the cracks across Implementation, Integration, and the customer's internal teams
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the connective tissue between Enterprise Implementation Managers, Integration Consultants, Solutions Engineers, and R&D. Drive alignment across workstreams so that complex, multi-phase deployments stay on schedule and within scope
• R&D Feature Tracking and Advocacy: Partner with R&D to log, prioritize, and track product features required to fulfill enterprise customer commitments. Translate customer configuration needs into clear product requirements and surface blockers early, before they become delivery risks.
• Stakeholder and Executive Communication: Build and maintain project status reports, executive-facing updates, and risk registers for both internal leadership and customer stakeholders. Ensure the SVP of CS and enterprise account leads are never surprised by delivery gaps
• Process and Playbook Development: Develop and iterate on enterprise delivery playbooks, capturing lessons learned across strategic accounts to continuously raise the bar on how Fountain delivers for its most important customers
• Budget and Resource Tracking: Monitor project hours, third-party vendor allocations, and budget burn against plan. Flag resourcing gaps proactively so that delivery quality is never compromised by capacity issues
• AI-Assisted Execution: Leverage AI tools, both assistive and agentic, to accelerate project documentation, generate status updates, summarize meeting notes, and surface risks across concurrent workstreams, staying ahead of the pace of enterprise delivery.

How We Use AI On This Team At Fountain, we believe AI is a force multiplier. The Enterprise PM role is expected to actively use AI tools, both as a day-to-day assistant and in more autonomous, agentic workflows. Communication and meeting efficiency: Use AI to transcribe, summarize, and extract action items from customer and internal calls. Draft follow-up emails, kickoff agendas, and go-live checklists from those summaries. Project documentation and status reporting: Draft status reports, risk summaries, and executive-facing updates with AI assistance. Use AI to synthesize activity across concurrent projects and flag potential timeline conflicts proactively. Agentic workflows: Use AI agents to autonomously monitor project trackers, draft and route status updates, populate playbook templates from completed engagements, and surface at-risk milestones. Knowledge management: Leverage AI to keep delivery playbooks current as Fountain's product suite and customer mix evolve. Comfort with AI-assisted workflows is expected.
