Email Marketing Specialist (Hourly, Part-Time)
Job Summary We’re looking for an Email Marketer to take ownership of our email and lifecycle marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and systems-minded, and someone who enjoys optimizing performance and building structured, scalable campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, event promotions, and special announcements
- Build and manage lifecycle email flows (welcome, nurture, re-engagement, etc.)
- Segment and manage audiences (leads, members, customers, and more)
- Track and analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions)
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance and results
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools
- Comfortable working within a CRM and email platforms such as GoHighLevel and Mailchimp
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and proactively improving systems
