Education & LMS Support Specialist – (Remote, Part Time, Temporary, EST or CST H

Purpose The primary purpose of this temporary role is to provide operational support of the existing Learning Management Systems (LMS), allowing the Clinical Education team to focus on roll-out of a new LMS. In addition, this role will assist with a variety of administrative tasks that support the team’s overall education initiatives and activities. This position will perform various administrative and logistical tasks related to webinars, events, and on-demand courses to ensure a smooth transition and continued delivery of educational offerings. Responsibilities include drafting and maintaining schedules, facilitating communication between stakeholders, updating on-demand and self-study courses in the LMS monthly, and supporting event execution. The role also involves editing and updating educational materials, responding to inquiries from speech-language pathologists (SLPs), and performing general administrative duties to enhance the effectiveness of educational and event offerings. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Under guidance from the Clinical Education Manager, draft monthly webinar schedule, coordinating with multiple internal presenters on proposed days/times
  • Maintain webinar and events schedule and inform vested teams in Slack of upcoming webinars to ensure proper staffing to support
  • Make simple edits to video content, ensure quality of on-demand course recordings
  • Ensure final links to Canva presentations are saved to SharePoint
  • Set up meetings for stakeholders for webinars and large initiatives (webinars, events)
  • Run Quality Control check prior to all large webinars (Ensure Zoom settings are set, post work is accessible, overall webinar quality check)
  • Edit Canva presentations when changes in overall Lingraphica offerings impact content, replacing master copies and creating new handouts
  • Under guidance from the Sr. Events and LMS Specialist, post live webinar offerings, monthly on-demand courses and self-study sessions in the Top Class LMS
  • Assorted duties in relation to the Top Class and Learn Upon LMS systems
  • Under guidance from the Senior Continuing Education Administrator, reply to email inquiries from SLPs
  • Assist with event follow-ups Additional Duties as Needed
  • Maintains notes/records/logs in HubSpot for all communication with SLPs
  • Regular use of Slack, Outlook, and other Lingraphica communication platforms to maintain timely team communication
  • May perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Computer savvy; Microsoft Office 365 required; Slack, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, HubSpot or similar CRM preferred, experience with LMS systems preferred
  • Flexible, organized, able to quickly adapt to changing priorities, comfort with technology
  • Self-motivated and can work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task / execute multiple projects at a time
  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with or without a reasonable accommodation Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems a plus Position Duration Anticipated end date 2/13/2026 Hours/Schedule 20 hours per week Monday – Friday, 930 am – 130 pm CST or 1030 am – 230 pm EST Work Environment & Physical Demands Incumbent works from home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access.
