eCommerce Paid Media Specialist – Up to $90,000 | 100% Remote R2 are partnered with an innovative and rapidly growing consumer electronics brand looking to add a talented eCommerce Paid Media Specialist to their digital marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven performance marketer who thrives in a fast-paced DTC environment and is passionate about scaling paid media channels that drive measurable revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in developing, managing, and optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Meta platforms, while collaborating closely with eCommerce and marketing teams to maximize ROAS, customer acquisition, and overall online performance. If you have a strong background in eCommerce marketing, hands-on experience with Shopify, and a proven track record managing successful paid media campaigns, this could be a fantastic fit. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within a DTC eCommerce environment
• Analyze campaign performance, KPIs, ROAS, and conversion metrics to continuously improve results
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, creative, and analytics
• Identify new growth opportunities, audience strategies, and testing initiatives
• Support overall digital marketing strategy with a strong performance-focused mindset

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience within eCommerce and DTC brands
• Hands-on Shopify experience preferred
• Proven success managing paid media campaigns across:
• Google Ads
• Microsoft Ads
• Meta Ads
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and performance metrics
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
