eCommerce Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented eCommerce Marketing Coordinator to support our growing B2B eCommerce business. This role will assist with a wide range of digital marketing, SEO, merchandising, and operational tasks across multiple online stores and product categories. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of SEO and eCommerce, is comfortable working in spreadsheets and content management systems, and is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. This position will work closely with leadership on projects involving email marketing, category optimization, product data cleanup, content creation, merchandising, AI-assisted workflows, and general eCommerce marketing support. This is a hands-on execution role best suited for someone who is organized, resourceful, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Assist with SEO optimization includeing
- Meta titles and descriptions
- Internal linking
- Category and product page optimization
- Content cleanup and formatting
- Product categorization and taxonomy support
Support Email marketing campaigns by:
- Building and scheduling campaigns
- Creating subject lines and preview text
- Uploading products and promotional content
- QA testing links, images, and formatting
Help maintain and improve product data including:
- Spreadsheet cleanup
- Product attributes and specifications
- Compatibility and cross-reference data
- Merchandising organization
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with:
- Content generation
- Research
- Workflow efficiency
- Data organization
Assist with marketplace and website merchandising tasks Conduct competitor and keyword research Coordinate and execute general eCommerce marketing initiatives Support ongoing website optimization and user experience improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of SEO and eCommerce
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, OpenCart, or similar platforms is a plus
- Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern digital workflows preferred
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote Apply To This Job
