Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create action plans for the month, week, and day for clinics within the assigned region. Ensure your team has a clear vision, priorities are clearly articulated, and the “why” is understood.
• Coordinate and conduct regular meetings: assist coach and elevate a team of hearing healthcare professionals to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues and position teams to overcome/develop the necessary processes to succeed.
• Drive top-line revenue along with profits.
• Lead team successfully through best practices and operational excellence.
• Planning and problem-solving. Identify obstacles to location performance attainment and take an active role in problem-solving.
