Job Description

Webdev (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Dropshipping Order Processing Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team. As a Virtual Assistant specializing in order processing, you will be the backbone of our order fulfilment cycle, responsible for managing the entire process from customer purchase to product delivery. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in maintaining supplier relationships, tracking inventory, and ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time, thereby upholding our commitment to excellent service. Key Responsibilities

  • Process dropshipping orders accurately and promptly using various e-commerce platforms and supplier portals.
  • Monitor order statuses, track shipments, and update customers with delivery information.
  • Liaise effectively with suppliers to confirm stock availability, negotiate terms, and resolve any order-related issues.
  • Manage customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders, transactions, and communications.
  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or product issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in managing product listings, inventory levels, and pricing updates across various platforms.
  • Contribute to process improvements for order fulfilment and customer service.
  • Generate reports on order processing metrics and performance as required.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy and customer information.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Proven experience with order processing and inventory management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
