Digital Marketing Lead

As our Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll be the strategic force behind our digital channels — transforming organisational goals into powerful digital experiences. You’ll lead a talented team, partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and ensure our digital platforms tell our story with clarity, purpose and impact. The Marketing and Communications team plays a critical role in promoting growth and positioning integratedliving as a premium aged care service provider and employer of choice, through the strategic and tactical application of specialist knowledge, promotion of our brand and provision of market-leading communications and media. Your Role Develop and deliver the digital marketing plan across SEM (Google Ads), SEO, paid social (Meta), email and content marketing. Use CRM and marketing automations tools to drive lead nurturing, campaign delivery and pipeline visibility. Oversee digital development projects, including our website, client-facing applications and intranet. Ensure our platforms are user-centred, high-performing and optimised for conversion. Measure and report on digital performance across all channels. Identify trends, optimise spend and guide decisions with data-driven insights. Leads and support digital marketing team members and external partners. About You You will bring: Formal qualifications in marketing, digital marketing or a related field. Proven experience leading digital marketing strategy and execution. Strong capability across SEM, SEO, paid social, email and content marketing. Experience managing website, apps or digital platforms with a focus on UX and conversion. A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. Leadership that inspires, supports and elevates others.
