Digital Marketing and Sales Ambassador

Are you an energetic, self-starting student looking to build a real-world marketing portfolio while earning serious cash? Z Pressure Washing LLC is hiring a Digital Marketing and Sales Ambassador. This isn't a simple internship, rather this is a dual-sided role where you actually manage our brand and hunt for leads, getting paid on results. You set your own hours; we just care about the output. Part 1: Social Media Management

• Create 5 unique “Before and After” graphics per week (M, T, Th, F, S) using our visual library
• Manage and schedule content across 6 major platforms: Google Business, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, and ZPressureWashing.com
• Craft engaging captions following our provided “Brand Style Guide” with a focus on local SEO, along with AI search optimization, and a subtle sales call-to-action.
• Join 2 new local community groups/forums per week that have relevance to people who would need our services, providing “Pro Tips” and value (i.e. Home Improvement groups, Real Estate groups, Home Ownership groups, etc).
• Engage with each group twice a week in the same manner.
• Send an invoice every two weeks to Z Pressure Washing LLC for these services in Part 1, at the agreed upon amount.

Part 2: Outreach and Commission

• Independent Outreach: Use cold calling, local networking, and in-person professional visits to commercial and residential prospects across Lake, Kenosha, and Racine Counties.
• Earn Big: This role is focused on the Independent Contractor (1099) model. We provide the services and the “Product Knowledge Sheet”, and you use your own vehicle, phone, and hustle to find clients.
• Commission: You receive 10% of the gross “Initial Service” invoice paid directly to you once the job is complete and we are paid. Commissions are contingent upon your consistence in Part 1.

Who You Are:

• An energetic junior or senior in Business and/or Marketing.
• A “go-getter” who wants a lucrative side hustle, not a basic hourly job.
• Someone with a creative eye and strong editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc).
• Punctual, reliable, and error-free.
