Work from home Full-time role Hiring

We are a global technology consulting company specializing in IT solutions, cloud-based platforms, mobile and web applications, and training and support services. With over 14 years of experience and a multicultural team of more than 100 professionals, we deliver projects for highly complex industries such as pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, healthcare, and consumer goods. At our company, we value international talent, diversity, flexibility, and a collaborative environment that fosters both professional growth and personal well-being. 🧠 What You’ll Do This role is part of an ongoing project within the aviation sector, focused on a mission-critical digital platform that supports flight operations through real-time data, automation, and system integration. The system is built on a cloud-native AWS architecture, leveraging microservices, event-driven communication, and distributed services. This is a highly technical role requiring a strong software engineering and architectural mindset. The focus is not infrastructure management or traditional DevOps operations, but the design and implementation of a scalable automated testing solution that integrates across services, APIs, and workflows without requiring major changes to the existing system. You will have a high level of autonomy in defining and evolving the testing framework, while working closely with a Senior Architect who will review and validate all technical and architectural decisions. This ensures strong ownership of design and execution, combined with alignment at the architectural level. Your main responsibilities will include: Design and implement an automated testing framework using Python Analyze existing CI/CD pipelines to identify integration points for testing Define how APIs, services, and workflows are validated across environments Build scalable testing solutions aligned with the cloud-native architecture Evaluate and adapt existing tools to support a unified testing strategy Ensure adherence to DevSecOps, security, and quality best practices Document architecture, design decisions, and framework usage Troubleshoot system-level issues across the application and testing ecosystem ✅ What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar technical role Strong Python development skills (core requirement) Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git-based workflows) Experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and APIs Familiarity with Linux environments Experience working in Agile and complex engineering environments Strong communication skills in English 💜 Why You’ll Love Working at Nuvolar People-First Culture focused on collaboration and continuous learning 100% remote work, based in Spain, with flexible collaboration across international teams Exposure to large-scale, real-world aviation systems with high technical complexity Continuous learning with training, mentorship, and development budget Health and wellness benefits, including private health insurance and gym subsidy Strong engineering culture with knowledge-sharing and technical excellence 👥 The Hiring Process We like to keep things simple and transparent: HR Interview – A friendly conversation to understand your background and career aspirations.
