Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist, Remote, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all channels, including phone, email, and text. Your primary goal will be to help our customers succeed by providing top-quality support, education, and guidance every step of the way. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience in customer service, client services, or relationship management roles
• Exceptional verbal (phone) and written communication skills
• Positive, flexible attitude with the ability to nimbly embrace change quickly

Compensation and Benefits:
