Customer Service Advisor
TSB Bank is committed to delivering excellent customer service and operational excellence. They are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support local businesses by onboarding new customers and providing daily administrative support in their Business Banking Team in Edinburgh.
Responsibilities
- Providing day to day services such as onboarding new to bank business customers
- Supporting customers via telephone lines
- Working administration tasks such as mailboxes and hybrid mailing
- May include Know Your Business support
- Providing excellent service to customers through the onboarding stages of their application
- Supporting relationship management customers in their day to day transactions
- Capable of learning and applying technical knowledge of policies and processes
- Proactively contribute with suggestions to reduce risks within the team and Business Banking
- Carrying out ad-hoc investigations, projects and reviews and complex admin tasks
- Work in a collaborative way with other Teams across TSB
- Delivering TSB purpose through great service and responsible decision making
- Using knowledge to talk to customers about the range of products and services TSB can provide
