The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey? We're looking for an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to lead SaaS implementations for our growing mid-market client base. As Traild expands into new international markets, particularly in EMEA where we're seeing strong demand, we need someone who can own end-to-end implementations, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a fast-moving environment. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of implementations from scoping through to go-live, working closely with our Product and Engineering teams along the way.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mid-market SaaS implementations across multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations Own the end-to-end client journey from onboarding through to successful adoption, ensuring customers achieve measurable value Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and project sponsors across your client portfolio Provide user training, technical support and troubleshooting throughout implementation and beyond Partner with Product and Engineering to feed client insights back into the product roadmap and resolve technical challenges Drive momentum across your implementations, keeping projects on track and proactively resolving blockers What we're looking for Proven experience leading mid-market SaaS implementations across multiple stakeholder environments Strong project management skills owning scoping, timelines, risk management and driving outcomes independently Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a big plus Solid technical aptitude comfortable working across integrations, workflows, and directly with Engineering and Product teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations across a variety of client contacts A hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a bias for action in fast-moving environments Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a strong plus The Perks of Working at Traild Flexibility: we offer a range of remote, hybrid and flexible working options.
