Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Consulting: Partner with Marketing leaders to design and refine targeting and eligibility criteria for consumer and commercial benefit‑reinforcement and spend‑driven campaigns.
• Data Exploration & Segmentation: Conduct research on emerging data elements, evaluate segmentation plans, and collaborate with risk and analytics partners to align data sources with marketing objectives.
• List Management & Execution: Review all list request submissions for accuracy, finalize specifications with Marketing, and provide clear, actionable instructions to the list execution team. When capacity permits, personally execute list builds using careerzynith’s proprietary platforms.
• Platform Transformation Leadership: Serve as a subject‑matter expert during platform migration initiatives, participate in testing, and guide the transition to next‑generation campaign execution tools.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot data anomalies, address customer complaints, and work closely with technical teams to implement corrective actions.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline the list request workflow, reduce manual effort, and increase automation, thereby freeing capacity for higher‑value strategic work.
