Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Virtually assisting customers via phone, email, and web with billing, product, and service inquiries
  • Managing both inbound and outbound customer interactions to ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Proactively identifying solutions to anticipate customer needs and prevent issues
  • Taking a hands-on approach to resolving customer issues, ensuring complete resolution or escalating to the appropriate resources
  • Providing best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assisting customers with insurance inquiries, copays, and shipping needs
  • Providing technical support for navigating pharmacy.careerzynith.com
  • Serving customers in a timely manner to maximize customer relationships and build long-term loyalty

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of professional experience using computers and web-based tools
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber with minimum 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload)
  • The ability to adjust your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks with 2 weeks' notice)
  • A dedicated, private workspace free from distractions
  • The ability to provide full attention to customers during work hours
