You will also be responsible for managing high volume of inbound calls, enter patient information into information systems, and resolve caller's issues with outstanding customer service skills. In addition, serve as a liaison between the patient and Provider. You'll be the steady, supportive voice helping members, balancing empathy with technical skill. through 50–70 interactions per day. Training & Schedule Full‑Time | Remote | Monday–Friday Paid Training (8 weeks): 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST Attendance is 100% mandatory - we invest heavily in your success.
