Corporate Lawyer | $50/hr Remote
Position: Legal Specialist Type: Contract Compensation: $35 - $50/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business outcomes while managing risk.
- Analyze cases and perform in-depth legal research to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting internal and external counsel.
- Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Design system prompts and rubrics for legal applications, engaging in multi-turn conversations with agents to ensure task accuracy and coherence.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professional ethics in all legal processes and communications.
Requirements:
- Have proven expertise in legal principles, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Possess strong contract review and negotiation abilities across a variety of legal domains.
- Have demonstrated experience in case analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence.
- Have hands-on experience in litigation support and dispute resolution.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
