This role serves as a primary customer interface and project lead, responsible for facilitating stakeholder meetings, tracking deliverables, and distributing status reports. The specialist will manage project plans, including resource and budget estimates, and utilize strong communication channels to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration. A key aspect involves contract compliance, negotiation, and data analysis to provide leadership with crucial program insights. Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer interface, facilitating team meetings, tracking action items, and distributing status reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource, time, and budget estimates for internal and external parties.
- Build and manage strong communication channels with clients, vendors, legal teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Track assigned project tasks, prepare regular status reports, and ensure smooth communication within cross-functional teams.
- Produce custom reporting, monthly dashboards, and analyze data to provide leadership with insights into program status and key metrics.
- Serve as a liaison for contract negotiations, securing contract amendments with vendors, legal, and various stakeholders.
- Utilize AI tools to evaluate contract adherence, identify deviations, and assess potential adverse impacts on the company.
