- Maintain an organized and current content library.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Platform, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Research.
- Manage survey feedback, ensuring insights reach the appropriate teams for timely follow-up.
*Content Project Manager Qualifications:* * Proven experience in technical writing or content management, preferably in edTech or SaaS.
- Strong ownership and organization of documentation processes.
- Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana, and SharePoint.
- Bonus: Experience with LMS platforms.
