As a member of our team, you'll have the chance to work with a range of clients and properties, and build a successful career in this dynamic industry, one brick at a time.Responsibilities:Network and build relationships with clients, property owners, landlords, and other industry professionalsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including listings, sales, and leasingAssist clients in the purchase, sale, or leasing of commercial propertiesPrepare and present property marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and property toursNegotiate deals and close transactionsStay current on market trends, property values, and other industry-related informationQualifications:Intellectually versed in literature and businessStrong communication and dependabilityAbility to work independently and with tenacityA strong network in the commercial real estate community is a plusWe offer ongoing training and one-on-one support with the President to help you succeed in your role.
