Direct Clinical Impact: Maintain a manageable personal caseload (12-22 hours) to lead your team by example. Community Connection: Leverage your established reputation in throughout counties in New Jersey within the Care Management Organizations and Children's System of Care to ensure your team has a steady flow of cases. The Ideal Profile Licensure: Active NJ LCSW or LPC (Required). Supervision: Eligible or certified to provide clinical supervision in New Jersey.
