Overview

As a Client Executive, you’ll manage client accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendor partners, helping to shape a future defined by trust and collaboration. How you'll make an impact Manages the day-to-day servicing and relationship needs for large and/or complex client accounts. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Lead resources to address client needs effectively. Drive the sale of additional services and coverage. Accountable for achieving client retention targets. Collaborate with senior buyers and day-to-day client representatives. Develops and negotiates fee-based service pricing, ensuring profitability through a value-driven approach aligned with the scope of services and associated client agreement costs. Support and guide administrative and customer service teams. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time. Preferred: Behaviors: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly determine critical issues. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
