- Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends to management for continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
