Cadence/Cheers Analyst (Call Center)
Candidates must have Epic certifications within Epic Cadence and Epic Cheers Call Center Description We have a new need for a Cadence consultant with cheers/crm certifications and experience supporting call center build/implementation. This analyst will play a key part in supporting the design and build for their centralized call center initiative, so relevant hands-on experience is important. Candidates will have excellent communication experience. Any experience working with stakeholders is key to this project.
