Remote work What you will be doing Proactively identify and engage with key decision-makers through outbound channels Conduct cold calls, send personalized cold emails, and initiate LinkedIn messaging sequences to spark interest and fuel our growth. Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points and goals. Collaborate closely with Account Executives and support BDR team members when needed. Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory What you will bring A bachelor’s degree or higher 2-5 years of relevant Business Development or Sales Development experience Excellent command of the English languages, both spoken and written - Native Level English Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience You can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation You take initiative, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively High energy and positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international and collaborative environment Ready to Join Us?
