Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Sales & Services (U.S. Region) Location: Remote (U.S. Time Zone Preferred) Experience: 3+ Years Industry: IT Services / Software Solutions Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3+ years of experience in selling IT services and solutions to clients in the U.S. market. This role focuses exclusively on project-based services such as custom software development, cloud enablement, digital transformation, DevOps, QA, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and closing enterprise deals in a consultative sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT services in the U.S. market. Generate leads using outbound methods (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) and manage the sales pipeline end-to-end. Present tailored IT solutions to client challenges, working closely with technical teams for proposal development. Develop strong client relationships with key decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, and IT Directors. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with global delivery and presales teams to ensure alignment with client needs. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in IT services. Proven success in consultative sales for services like software development, cloud, data, or digital solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience with U.S.-based clients and familiarity with enterprise buying cycles. Proficiency in CRM tools and lead gen platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
