The Associate Manager, Long Term Disability Operations is responsible for a team that works in collaboration with our national regional offices to deliver strategic, best-in-class disability management services. Reporting to the Director of Disability Operations, this Associate Manager role is accountable for the effective delivery of the LTD team . This includes the support and application of effective disability management practices and procedures. Your responsibilities: Inspire staff to deliver great service to our customers. Identify, develop, and retain industry top talent. Collaborate in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment. Proactively monitor workflow using lean principles. Create an environment where teams can demonstrate Manulife Values. Establish and cultivate internal partnerships. Foster a continuous improvement culture. Referenced Salary Location CAN, British Columbia - Full Time Remote Working Arrangement Remote Salary range is expected to be between $73 725,00 CAD - $122 875,00 CAD Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
