Department Overview The Financial Planning department partners with managers to create the annual Operating and Capital budgets and assists with variance analysis of actual activity versus budgeted activity. This department also provides to all levels of management program profitability reporting, financial information, and analysis to support organizational and departmental decisions. Position Summary This position will be responsible for researching, compiling and analyzing various sources of data, create reports and dashboards to enhance automated reporting capabilities, complete annual budget process and standard monthly variance reporting, aide in monthly system reconciliations, cost accounting support, and other ad hoc requests for internal and external partners. Education: *Bachelor's degree in a related field required Experience: *0 - 3 years of experience *Strong oral communication skills and ability to produce narrative and written summarizes clearly synthesizing recommendations and conclusions *Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills *Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with ability to learn new technologies quickly *Proficient in developing reporting tools and dashboards *Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, establishing cooperative and collaborative working relationships *Preferred experience working with the Power BI application Physical Demands Please click here to view the Physical Demands The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee’s scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs. In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
