- Duties:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs and concepts
- Create detailed construction set of drawings for a residential set of homeplans.
- Assist in the development of construction documents, including plans, sections, and details
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on design improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design
- Qualifications:
- Training in Autocad software
- Residential architecture design a plus!
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Note:
- Experience in residential design a must!
