The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, contributing significantly to the overall business continuity and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions. - Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Portfolio and Project Management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues. - Experience with monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level business applications. - Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. - Familiarity with software lifecycle management and incident management processes. - Capability to work independently while contributing positively to team efforts.
