Job Title: Analytics Translator Location: Remote/WFH and first week onsite in Boston, MA Duration: 5 months+ contract Notes: The following skillsets are mandatory: Oncology Commercialization Analytics Use Cases Experience Stakeholder management, especially pharmaceutical marketing. Preferred Hematology Experience a Plus Responsibilities:
- The Analytics translator between a pharmaceutical's Global Marketing team and an Analytics team. The focus is on Oncology.
- Strategic Partnership and Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead strategic conversations with Global Marketing
- Serve as a thought partner, not just an order taker
- Executive ready communicator, able to synthesize inputs into clear recommendations
- Own KBQ governance and roadmap alignment across key assets
Qualifications:
- Oncology Functional Expertise & Analytics Translation
- Deep functional knowledge of Oncology business
- Strong understanding of Global Marketing priorities and decision needs
- Ability to translate brand, disease, and portfolio questions into analytics use cases
- Act as SME to guide teams on both domain and analytics context
- Convert strategic priorities into clear, actionable problem statements
