AI UGC Growth Lead

We're looking for an AI UGC Growth Lead to build and scale our short-form content engine across social media platforms. You'll combine AI, content strategy, and performance marketing to create systems that consistently produce high-performing UGC content that drives attention, engagement, leads, installs, and sales. If you're obsessed with viral content, growth experimentation, and turning winning ideas into repeatable processes, you'll fit right in. What You'll Be Crafting Lead and scale our AI-assisted UGC content department across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms. Create and manage high-volume content production systems that consistently generate, test, and optimize content at scale. Use AI tools to generate scripts, visuals, avatars, voiceovers, captions, thumbnails, and editing workflows that improve speed and efficiency. Develop and test multiple content angles, hooks, personas, offers, storytelling formats, and creative concepts to identify winning combinations. Build and launch content channels designed to drive brand awareness, engagement, leads, installs, and sales. Analyze content performance metrics and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights. Repurpose and scale winning content formats across organic channels and paid advertising campaigns. Create SOPs, workflows, and documentation that enable the content operation to scale independently. Manage and mentor content creators, video editors, freelancers, and virtual assistants to maintain quality and output standards. Stay ahead of platform trends, AI developments, creator economy shifts, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge. Your Superpowers Proven experience creating and scaling short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of UGC-style content, social media growth, audience psychology, and content performance drivers. Demonstrated ability to identify winning content patterns and turn them into repeatable systems. Experience writing high-performing hooks, scripts, captions, CTAs, and content angles. Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, scripting, editing, voiceovers, avatars, automation, or content repurposing. Strong understanding of content analytics, testing frameworks, and performance optimization. Ability to balance creativity with data and make decisions based on measurable results. Excellent project management and leadership skills, with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and content contributors. Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with ambitious growth targets.
