Account-Based Marketing - Junior Associate
What success looks like in this role: The Junior Associate, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of targeted ABM programs across global markets, including North America, Latin America, APAC, and EMEA. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is eager to build expertise in strategic account engagement while contributing to high-impact, data-driven campaigns. Working closely with sales, field marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will help bring personalized marketing strategies to life for both prospective and existing clients. The role blends analytical thinking with hands-on execution, offering exposure to enterprise-level marketing programs and global collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of ABM campaigns across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many segments, aligned to regional and global priorities Partner with sales and account teams to deliver targeted outreach strategies for new logo acquisition and client expansion Analyze campaign performance, engagement data, and pipeline metrics to identify insights and recommend optimizations Coordinate with cross-functional teams (including demand generation, digital, content, and operations) to ensure campaign alignment and consistency Assist in managing campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and regions Leverage ABM and marketing technology platforms to execute and track campaign performance Continuously build knowledge of ABM strategies, tools, and best practices You will be successful in this role if you have:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, or field marketing Foundational understanding of ABM frameworks, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many approaches Hands-on experience with Salesforce for campaign tracking, reporting, and pipeline analysis Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort collaborating directly with sales and cross-functional teams Experience with marketing and sales tools such as ZoomInfo, intent data platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise technology or SaaS marketing environments Exposure to global marketing programs and cross-regional collaboration
