About the project As a Staff Backend Python Engineer, you will serve as a technical linchpin, driving the architectural evolution of our core services while mentoring engineering teams to achieve technical excellence. What you’ll do Be a hands-on backend/API developer, leading the design & development of the client’s platform and systems integrations end-to-end Improve features, scalability, and reliability of the client platform by driving technical & process improvements. Own the scoping, design, and delivery of new API features and subsystems, working independently with minimal direction. Partner with product, design, and service teams. Champion healthy & effective engineering practices. What makes you a great fit 🎯 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ Years of experience working with Python and Django web development. 6+ Years of experience working with SQL. Experience with Celery or other background task runners. Experience with consumer-facing applications and exposure to web/mobile front ends. Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
